Who we are

3Kruys, located at Keizersgracht 241, 1016 EA Amsterdam, the Netherlands, is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy policy. Questions? Email info@3kruys.nl.

What data do we collect?

Through the contact form on our website, you can share the following with us:

• Name
• Business name
• Type of business (optional)
• City
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Topic
• Your message (optional)

We only collect data you actively enter and submit yourself. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to track general, anonymised visitor statistics (such as page views and traffic sources). This service doesn't use cookies and doesn't collect personal data.

Why do we process this data?

We use this data solely to respond to your message, question, or sign-up (for example, for the Early 250). We do not use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Who has access to your data?

Messages sent via the contact form go straight to us by email from our own website, hosted by TransIP in the Netherlands. No other party is involved. To prevent abuse and spam, the website keeps a scrambled, unrecognisable version of your IP address for up to ten minutes. We do not share your data with anyone else, unless legally required to do so.

How long do we keep your data?

We keep messages for as long as needed to answer your question and handle any follow-up communication, and delete them within a reasonable period afterwards.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or have your data deleted, and to object to its processing. Contact us at info@3kruys.nl. You also have the right to file a complaint with your local data protection authority.
